LED SMT Production Process

01 — PCB Loading

Automatic PCB feeding and magazine handling

The PCB loader automatically transfers boards from magazines into the SMT production line, providing stable and continuous PCB feeding while reducing manual handling.

02 — Solder Paste Printing

Precise solder paste deposition for LED PCB assembly

The solder paste printer applies controlled solder paste onto PCB pads before component placement. Accurate printing helps provide consistent solder joints during the subsequent reflow process.

03 — PCB Transfer

Smooth and reliable PCB transportation

Conveyor systems provide controlled PCB transfer between production machines while maintaining consistent board positioning and production flow.

04 — LED Component Placement

High-speed and precise placement of LED components

The pick-and-place machine automatically places LED components, drivers, resistors, capacitors and other SMT components onto the PCB according to the programmed placement data.

05 — PCB Transfer

Stable PCB movement between placement and reflow

The conveyor system transfers assembled PCBs from the placement machine to the reflow oven while maintaining a continuous production flow.

06 — Lead-Free Reflow Soldering

Controlled thermal processing for reliable solder joints

The reflow oven heats the assembled PCB according to a controlled temperature profile, melting the solder paste and forming reliable connections between the LED components and PCB.

07 — PCB Unloading

Automatic unloading and magazine handling

The PCB unloader automatically collects completed boards and transfers them into magazines, helping streamline downstream handling and reduce manual intervention.

Key Benefits for LED Production
