2D AOI Inspection Machine

Overview

2D AOI Machine is an inline automated optical inspection system designed for reliable PCB quality inspection in SMT production lines. It combines telecentric lens technology, RGB three-color lighting, precise localization, and automatic inspection-window positioning to improve inspection accuracy and reduce false alarms. The system can inspect a wide range of PCB assembly defects, including missing or incorrect components, component offset, tombstoning, solder defects, pin deformation, pin short circuits, and exposed copper. It also supports 1D/2D barcode recognition, automatic program selection, SPC data analysis, full-board image output, and closed-loop communication with compatible coating or dispensing equipment.

• Centralized management of coating AOI in the production lines achieves remote review, offline programming, and debugging upgrading.
• Support one-dimensional or two-dimensional barcode recognition.
• Rich data charts can meet the needs of on-site quality tracking and analysis.
• Automatically adjust the width of the program and call it by identifying the PCB barcode. It makes manual participation unnecessary and supports MES instructions.
• Coating AOI may communicate with coating or dispensing machines for data exchange to achieve closed-loop feedback.
• After the end of the test, a full board image of different light sources is output to meet the post-stage quality traceability requirements.
