Overview

M400 Double-Sided Projection Inline AOI is designed for automated inspection of PCBs from both the top and bottom sides within an SMT production line. It uses a 12-megapixel industrial camera, telecentric lens, and RGB three-color lighting to provide detailed optical inspection with a standard resolution of 16.5 μm.

Key features

  • Centralized management of coating AOI in the production lines achieves remote review, offline programming, and debugging upgrading.
  • Support one-dimensional or two-dimensional barcode recognition.
  • Rich data charts can meet the needs of on-site quality tracking and analysis.
  • Automatically adjust the width of the program and call it by identifying the PCB barcode. It makes manual participation unnecessary and supports MES instructions.
  • Coating AOI may communicate with coating or dispensing machines for data exchange to achieve closed-loop feedback.
  • After the end of the test, a full board image of different light sources is output to meet the post-stage quality traceability requirements.
